The Print Co-operative

A print buyer's community is not a new idea but various attempts in the past
have for a variety of reasons failed to live up to their early promise.
Personally, I wish iPPSA every success, as our 'profession', if I could call
it that deserves such an organisation. The use of the word 'profession'
hints at the heart of why I see our side of the business not receiving the
recognition it should get, as the people in it have to a large extent failed
to make it in the eyes of the business community a 'profession'. Putting
this right will take time and a lot of dedication from a whole raft of
people - I see iPPSA as playing a central role in this. I will be putting
some of my time aside to help make Andrew Bartlett's 'vision' a reality -
