enables a supplier to provide an accurate price that doesn't need to be checked or
confirmed. The system also automates the decision making processes that printers
use to decide what price to charge.
This is a closed bid tendering process that enable buyers to compare prices from iPPSA
approved suppliers with their existing or new suppliers.
iPPSA polices the system to limit its use as a bench marking tool, to stop buyers
using the information to drive down prices with their existing suppliers. The system is
available to all members and free to use. The system is a full RFQ (Request for
Quotation) system with features that makes this part of the buyers job much faster.
